Ingredients
- 4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1-2 sweet onions, thinly sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the cucumber and onion in a serving bowl and stir to combine. In a covered container combine all the rest of the ingredients and shake well. Pour over the cucumbers and onions and serve immediately.
