Ingredients
- 1 bag baby spinach leaves
- 1 lemon
- 1 can salmon, drained and chunked
- 1 purple onion, diced
- 4 - 6 Romano tomatoes, diced
- 2 tsp balsamic vinaigrette
Preparation
Step 1
In a large serving bowl add: Spinach, salmon.
Use as much onion, tomato as you like
Peal and cut lemon into small wedges before adding to salad mix.
Lightly drizzle vinaigrette
