Oven Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 2 # stew meat
• 2 # carrots slices
• 2 # potatos cubed
• 2 large onions cubed or sliced (also may use pearl onions)
• 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
• 2 TBS sugar
• 2 tsp salt
• 3 TBS tapioca
• 2 tsp Basil

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and bake at 300 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours
