Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Stir. Bake for another 30 minutes at 200. Leave in oven to cool completely.
