Turmeric & Lemon Morning Elixir

A drink to start your day off right, the items in this all help you in several ways to improve your health. And start your day off on a good start.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lemon, squeeze juice into a glass
  • 1/4 -1/2 Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Honey - raw honey is best
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 cup warm or room temperature water

Preparation

Step 1

Start by squeezing the lemon juice In too glass, add all dry ingredients except the cinnamon into glass add water, then sprinkle cinnamon on the water.
keep spoon after mixing all ingredients into glass, drink stirring as need to keep it mixed.
Drink at least 10 minutes before eating anything.
