Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 20oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tblsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through.
