Ingredients
- 2 cups whole pastry wheat pastry flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbl baking powder
- 1 c mashed ripe babanans
- 1/3 c skim milk
- 1 teas vanilla
- 2 egg whites
Preparation
Step 1
Topping Stire= brwon sugar and wheat germ - 1 TBL spoon each
Combine flour , sugar and baking powder....add bannana, skim milk, vanilla, and egg unti moist
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full
Bake 350 - 14-16 minutes
Sit 5 minutes
