Ingredients
- 1 (9 in) graham cracker crust or shortbread crust.(I liked the shortbread)
- 2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 lemons, juiced (I want to try 3 lemons next time)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, lemon juice and zest. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture into crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
