Los Rios Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 8 cups peeled and thinly sliced apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup regular rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Ice Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix apples and sugar, 2 tbsp flour and cinnamon.

Put in 9" square pan

In a bowl combine oats, brown sugar, butter and 3/4 cup flour. Rub with fingers until butter pieces are blended. Stir in pecans
Sprinkle topping over apples

Oven 350
Bake 45 min - 1 hour until apples are tender and topping browned

Cover with foil if topping gets too brown.

Serve with ice cream
