Ingredients
- 1 cups veggie broth or water
- 3 cups drained cooked or canned beans
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 4 cups chopped kale, stems and center ribs removed lightly packed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine beans, broth or water, and garlic in a large saucepan. Place chopped kale on top of beans and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until kale is tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in oil, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
