Cucumber Dip

Creamy and cucumbery!

Ingredients

• 1 (8-oz.) pkg. Meijer cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup Meijer light mayonnaise
• 2 medium English cucumbers, peeled and chopped
• 2 tbsp. sliced green onions
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 tsp. fresh chopped dill weed
• 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
• 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients
Chill until ready to serve
Recipe Note:
English cucumbers are thinner and longer than regular cucumbers. They're also nearly seedless. Choose firm, unblemished cucumbers. Refrigerate, unwashed, in a plastic bag for up to 1 week.
