Quick hollandaise sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place first three ingredients in blender jar, blend 3 seconds. Turn to high speed and add melted butter in a thin, steady stream. Serve over hot cooked Michigan asparagus spears.
