Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c butter

Step 1
Place first three ingredients in blender jar, blend 3 seconds. Turn to high speed and add melted butter in a thin, steady stream. Serve over hot cooked Michigan asparagus spears.
