Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 tsp. minced onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tblsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
- milk
Preparation
Step 1
Drain liquid from corn into measuring cup. Add enough milk to make 2/3 cup liquid total. Combine all ingredients until completely blended. Pour into greased one quart dish. Bate at 375 for 18-20 min.
