Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 4 ears corn
- 1/4 c. water
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine butter, Parmesan and seasoning; set aside. Place corn in shallow microwave safe dish. Add water. Cover and microwave on high 10-13 minutes, turning once. Let stand for 5 minutes; drain. Brush with butter mixture; sprinkle with salt.
