Apple Cider Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
  • 7 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup apple cider
  • 2 T white sugar
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in blender or processor, pulse 4 times or till crumbly. Set aside.
Combine apples and next 5 ingredients in large bowl, toss gently to combine. Spoon into greased 8" square baking dish, top with crumb mixture. Bake 375 40 mins or until lightly browned. Serve warm
