Baked Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium to large ripe field tomatoes
  • margarine
  • fine bread crumbs
  • chopped parsley
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Removed stems from tomatoes and cut in half crosswise. Place cut side up in a shallow baking dish.

Melt margarine in a small bowl in microwave. Add bread crumbs and parsley and mix well. Spread over tomato halves. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes until soft.
