MAD DASH CRUSTED PORK TENDERLOIN

Began using Mrs. Dash seasonings to reduce sodium. This one was turned out surprisingly spicy.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tbs Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
Preparation
Step 1
Place all dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Lay tenderloins on plastic wrap. Season all sides with the mixture and seal. Refrigerate for one hour. When ready to cook, heat gill to medium-high. Lighly oil grate. Place meat on grate and cook for approx 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing.
