Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 6oz package Black cherry jello
- 1 15 oz can blueberries in juice
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teas vanilla
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in boiling water, add blueberries with juice, and pineapple with juice, stir until jello is dissolved. pour into a 9x13 pan and refrigerate, until set.
Mix softened cream cheese and sugar on low speed, until creamy. Slowly add sour cream until blended, then add vanilla. Mix well. Spread over jello, and top with nuts.
