Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, chopped into tiny pieces
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup low fat cream cheese
- 4 x 2.5" square graham crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Place apples in bowl and sprinkle with sugar and spices
Microwave for 1 minute, then take them our and stir. Microwave for another minute or until soft
Spread cream cheese on top of crackers; top with apples.
