Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • Round or Sirloin steak
  • Rub garlic clove over meat.
  • Mushrooms
  • Wine
  • Beef bouillon cubes
  • Mushroom soup mix
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Rub garlic clover over meat. Slow cook meat until tender in 1/4 cup butter. Add onions. When 3/4 browned add mushrooms and cover and cook 10-15 minutes.
Add wine to taste. Cover and cook 10 minutes
Add 1 Beef bouillon cube.

Cook about 1 1/2 hours

Add mushroom soup mix to thicken

Add sour cream just before serving.
