Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 bags small egg noodles
  • 2 -10 oz. pkgs. Frozen broccoli
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 – 32 oz. box Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onions in oil or use onion flakes.
Boil water and let chicken bouillon dissolve.
Add noodles & cook until almost done.
Add frozen broccoli & cook until broccoli falls apart.
Add milk & cubed Velveeta. Let cheese melt & simmer until ready to serve.
