Pork-Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork chops cut into bite sized bites
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 package frozen seasoned summer vegetables
  • 1/3 c stir fry sauce
  • 1 package cooked brown rice

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet cook pork in 1 T oil until no longer pink. Transfer meat to platter and keep warm. In same skillet cook vegetables in remaining 1 T oil until tender. Add pork and stir fry sauce to skillet. Heat through.

Meanwhile fix rice. Serve pork and vegetables over the rice.
