Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork chops cut into bite sized bites
- 2 T oil
- 1 package frozen seasoned summer vegetables
- 1/3 c stir fry sauce
- 1 package cooked brown rice
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet cook pork in 1 T oil until no longer pink. Transfer meat to platter and keep warm. In same skillet cook vegetables in remaining 1 T oil until tender. Add pork and stir fry sauce to skillet. Heat through.
Meanwhile fix rice. Serve pork and vegetables over the rice.
