SHRIMP BURGERS

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby shrimp, cooked
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup dry fine bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 1 TB celery flakes,
  • 1 TB dry minced onion
  • 1 TB water
  • Cocktail sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mash shrimp with 1 egg, bread crumbs, lemon peel, celery flakes, and onion.

Shape into 4 or 5 patties. Dip in another egg, beaten with water. Coat in more bread crumbs. Saute both sides in butter til golden.

Serve on buns for 4 with cocktail sauce.
