Spinach and Cheese Squares

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese grated
  • 4 c. chopped fresh spinach (8-10 oz. bag)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and pour in a 9x13 pan.
Beat 3 eggs. Add the flour, milk, salt, and baking powder and mix.
Fold in the cheese and spinach and mix well.
Spread into pan and back at 350 for 35 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares. This makes about 40 squares
Can freeze and store in plastic bags.
