Ingredients
- Vegetable oil spray
- 1 8.5 oz box corn muffin mix
- 1 14 oz can creamed corn
- 1 lb frozen corn kernels, thawed and drained
- 8 tbs butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a shallow 3 qt baking dish.
3. Stir together the muffin mix, creamed corn, corn kernels, butter, butter, sour cream and egg. Pour the batter into prepared dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 55-60 minute. Remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes more, or until the top is crusty and golden brown. Serve hot.
