Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 4 tbsp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Scrub and rinse potatoes. Cut into thin slices but don't slice all the way through. Put into baking dish and fan slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake another 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and potatoes are soft.
