Hot Mexi Bean Dip

Quick and easy hot dip. Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer or meal. It's even better served with sour cream, guacamole and extra salsa.

Ingredients
- Optional:
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can refried beans, fat free
- 1 small jar salsa (your choice)
- 1 (2 c) bag of shredded cheese (Mexican, taco or cheddar blend)
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Extra Salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Combine beans and salsa in a bowl. Spread evenly in a pie or quiche plate. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with chips, sour cream, guacamole and extra salsa.
