Ingredients
- 2 lbs. smoked sausage, sliced (I use either Turkey or fat Free) Sliced
- 1-8 oz. package sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 T. olive oil
- 2 16 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped collard greens, thawed and drained
- 1 T. italian seasoning
- 28 oz. can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 lb. penne pasta, cooked and drained
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except pasta in a large skillet. Cook slow until all is heated through. Serve over pasta with fresh parmesan cheese.
