Ingredients
- 2 cups club soda, chilled and divided
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon plus 1/8 tsp cherry Kool-Aid, unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon cherry extract
- 2 1/2 cups ice, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Add one cup club soda, sugar, koolaid and extract to a blender.
Blend until the sugar has dissolved.
Add ice and blend until mixture is a slush consistancy.
Add remaining club soda and blend or mix with a wooden spoon just until mixed.
If needed, put blender in freezer for 30 minutes to thicken mixture up. After removing from freezer, blend for a short time to mix.
