Ingredients
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Peel garlic cloves.
Blend all ingredients together.
Baste generously over meat as it cooks, can be applied more then once during cooking.
