Ingredients
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 c cheese whiz
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 lb. (1.5kg) potatoes (about 9), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced, separated into rings
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese whiz,and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes and onions; toss to coat evenly.
Spoon into 13 x 9 inch baking dish; cover with foil.
Bake 1hr. 30 min.
Jazz it up: sprinkle with 1/2c bacon bits just before serving
