Ingredients
- 1 9oz yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk divided 1 ans 1/2
- 1 3 oz package vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peal
- 2 cups pitted cherries
- 2 tablespoon currant jelly melted
- 1 cup whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
prepare yellow cake according to package directions using egg and 1/2 cup milk
Pour batter into flan pan and bake according to package directions
prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions using 1 cup milk remove from heat and stir in sour cream and lemon peel
when cake is cool fill with vanilla pudding
top with cherries, brush with melted jelly
serve with whipped cream
