• 1-1/4 c fresh corn kernels
• 1-1/4 c Persian cucumbers (or English), chopped
• 3 T fresh cilantro, chopped
• 2 T fresh lime juice
• 1 red Fresno chile, chopped
• 3/4 t kosher salt
