Gluten Free Chow Mein Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 batch @331716 Dough
  • vegetable oil, for frying

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut pasta as if for spaghetti. Cut spaghetti strands into 1” to 1–½” pieces.

2. Drop uncooked noodles into hot oil and cook for a few seconds (less than 1 minute). Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Use immediately or freeze for later use.
