Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 15 oz can soybeans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste) or smooth peanut butter
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Step 1
with the motor running, drop the garlic into a blender or food processor and run until chopped. add the remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth, stopping the machine once or twice to scrape down the side of the bowl.
