garlic cloves, peeled
15 oz can soybeans, rinsed and drained
cup tahini (sesame paste) or smooth peanut butter
tbsp. lemon juice
tbsp. olive oil
tsp ground cumin
cup chopped parsley
with the motor running, drop the garlic into a blender or food processor and run until chopped. add the remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth, stopping the machine once or twice to scrape down the side of the bowl.
