Fiesta Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • For "jazzing" up the dip:
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip
  • 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • Add a can of mexicorn or sweet corn (drained) or top with finely shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and olives

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Great with veggies, too.
