Ingredients
- For "jazzing" up the dip:
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip
- 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid)
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- Add a can of mexicorn or sweet corn (drained) or top with finely shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and olives

Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Great with veggies, too.
