Green Goddess Dip

Our cool, creamy dip whips up in just minutes with sour cream, mayo and lots of flavorful fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mixed chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives,and dill.
  • 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsl. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature.
  • Assorted vegetables, crackers or chips.

Preparation

Step 1

IN blender, process sour cream, herbs, mayonnaise, 2 tbsp water, vinegar, salt and cayenne until smooth and pale green. Cut cream cheese into chunks; add to blender, one at a time, processing until smooth.

Transfer mixture to serving bowl. Cover;refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with vegetables, crackers or chips.
