Ingredients

  • 3 cups grated squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Grate squash and onion together. Mix all other ingredients and blend into squash. Drop into frying pan like little pancakes and cook until done. Eat and enjoy. I usually have more than 3 cups of squash and I love onions.
