Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cooked beef
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 8 hamburger buns
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, combine beef, brown sugar, mustard, pepper, water, vinegar and butter. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Ad salt, ketchup and worcestershire. Simmer uncovered 20 - 25 minutes or until desired consistency. Serve on sliced buns.
