Ingredients
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 lb (21-25) shrimp, unpeeled
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fish stock
- 2 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 TBSP spicy seafood seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saute' pan over med. heat, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and sauce until it begins to soften. Add the shrimp and sauce for 1 min. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the shrimp is cooked through and the flavors have combined, about 4 to 6 more mins. Serve immediately.
