Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix broth, rice and garlic in saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat; cook until done.
Add rind, dill and butter.
