Scallion-Bacon Ketchup

Ingredients

• 4 slices diced bacon
• 3/4 c ketchup
• 1/4 c chopped scallions
• 1 Tbsp bacon drippings
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels; reserving the drippings. Mix ketchup, scallions, bacon, drippings and Worcestershire sauce.
