Ingredients
- 4 TBS Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed and finely chopped
- pinch of crushed red pepper
- 2 springs of rosemary, finely chopped
- juice and zest of 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together. Smear on 3 lbs steak and refrigerate over night or least 2 hours.
Preheat grill, salt steaks. Place steaks on grill and brush with excess merinade
