Ingredients
- 4 pounds of red bliss potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1 1/4 cup of mayo
- 1 3/4 tablespoon of celery seed (use about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 3/4 tablespoon of salt (use about 1 tablespoon)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil eggs.
2. Cut potatoes in bite size pieces and boil.
3. Do not peel potatoes.
4. In large bowl mix together mayo, celery seed, scallions and salt.
5.Then gently mix in potatoes and egg.
Can be served warm or chilled.
