Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Iversons Gold 7 3/4 oz Chinook Salmon
  • 1 small onion, diced and sauteed
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine salmon, onion, egg and salt and pepper. Form into patties and coat with bread crumbs. Brown in hot oil till browned on both sides.
