Ingredients

    cans Iversons Gold 7 3/4 oz Chinook Salmon

  • 1

    small onion, diced and sauteed

  • 1

    egg slightly beaten

  • 1

    cup bread crumbs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine salmon, onion, egg and salt and pepper. Form into patties and coat with bread crumbs. Brown in hot oil till browned on both sides.
