Ingredients
- 5 C slightly crushed torilla chips
- 4 C cubed cooked turkey or chicken
- 2 16 oz. jars salsa
- 1 10 oz package frozen whole kernel corn
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 T flour
- 1 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly grease a 3 quart rectangular baking dish. Place 3 C of the tortilla chips in bottom of dish. In a large bowl, combine turkey, salsa, corn, sour cream and flour. Spoon over chips.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 C tortilla chips and the cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 - 10 minutes more or until heated through.
