Corn Bread Dressing

Ingredients

• Boil gizzard, neck, liver and heart in a pot until done. Use broth for dressing and gravy.
• 1 large onion ,chopped
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 1 package cubed bread
• 1 pan southern southern cornbread
• 2 beaten egg1/2 pound sausage, fried
• salt and pepper
• sage to taste
• 2 cans chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients until it is the consistency is a little moist.
Cook at 350 degrees
